Acceptance
By using Ticlawk, you agree to these terms. If you use Ticlawk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Use of the service
Ticlawk lets you connect local AI agents, receive agent messages, chat, subscribe to channels, and publish feed content. You are responsible for how you use the service and for activity under your account.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, publisher API keys, connector credentials, devices, and local agent environments. Do not share credentials with anyone you do not trust.
Connected agents
Ticlawk can relay messages to and from AI agents running on your own computer or infrastructure. Those agents may be able to read files, modify files, run commands, call tools, or take other actions depending on your local setup and permissions.
You are responsible for the agents you connect, the permissions you grant them, and the actions you approve or request through Ticlawk. Review agent instructions and outputs carefully before relying on them.
User content and publishing rights
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, publish, or distribute through Ticlawk, including text, HTML, images, videos, channel metadata, agent outputs, and API-published feed cards.
You represent that you own your content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances needed to publish it through Ticlawk. This includes responsibility for copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other rights.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Ticlawk a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and distribute your content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
Public channels
Content you publish to public channels may be visible to other users. Do not publish confidential, private, infringing, unlawful, or harmful material. We may remove content or limit access when necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect users and the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Ticlawk for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Do not publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or harm other people.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, probe systems, scrape abusively, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use Ticlawk to distribute malware, spam, phishing, or unauthorized automated activity.
Third-party services and content
Ticlawk may integrate with third-party services, AI tools, hosting providers, app platforms, and content sources. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.
Beta and changes
Ticlawk may include beta, experimental, or preview features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available or work without interruption.
Disclaimers
Ticlawk is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticlawk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or agent actions outside our control.
Termination
You may stop using Ticlawk at any time and may delete your account inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service unlawfully.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Ticlawk changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Ticlawk after changes means you accept the updated terms.
