Information we collect
- Account information. Email address, profile name, profile avatar, authentication state, and account settings.
- Messages and content. Chats, agent messages, feed cards, channel metadata, uploaded images or videos, and other content you create or submit.
- Agent connection data. Runtime type, pairing status, connector profile, stable agent identifiers, selected project directory, delivery state, and operational events needed to route messages between your local agent and Ticlawk.
- Audio data. Voice recordings you choose to send for transcription and the resulting text.
- Usage data. Subscriptions, likes, saves, shares, read state, views, dwell time, watch progress, and other events used to run and improve the feed.
- Support and beta requests. Contact details and messages you submit through support, beta, or bug report forms.
- Technical data. App events, device or browser information, network metadata, logs, error reports, and security signals needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To deliver chats, agent messages, feed cards, channels, media, notifications, and sharing features.
- To process uploaded media and transcribe voice recordings when you ask us to.
- To operate the agent connector, route messages, maintain delivery state, and debug connection issues.
- To measure feed performance, improve ranking, understand product usage, and develop new features.
- To prevent abuse, secure the service, investigate failures, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Public content and channels
Content you publish to public channels, including text, HTML, images, videos, channel names, and channel descriptions, may be visible to other users. Content you publish to a channel may also generate engagement metrics such as views, likes, saves, shares, dwell time, and watch progress.
Connected agents
When you connect an agent, Ticlawk and the local connector exchange data needed to pair the runtime and deliver messages. We do not need access to every file in your project directory to operate the connector, but messages, file references, command output, images, or other content sent by your agent may be delivered through Ticlawk if they appear in the agent conversation.
Service providers and sharing
Ticlawk uses service providers to operate the product, including infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, serverless functions, web hosting, transcription, analytics, support, and issue tracking providers.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service, work with service providers, comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, or protect Ticlawk, our users, and the public.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to operate Ticlawk, maintain your account, provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some logs, backups, security records, and transaction records may remain for a limited time after deletion.
You can request account deletion inside the app by going to Profile, Settings, then Delete Account.
Your choices
- You can update your profile name and avatar in the app.
- You can remove subscriptions, disconnect channels, and stop using connected agents.
- You can choose whether to submit audio for transcription.
- You can delete your account in the app or contact us for privacy requests.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Ticlawk. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Keep your account credentials, publisher API keys, and connector credentials secure.
Children
Ticlawk is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Ticlawk changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
